Creative Leadership: Lead change rather than have change lead you

Tuesday, October 17, 2017

9:00 am – 10:00 am – Queenston Hall

Success requires that we adapt to a world of increasing complexity. Some will do better at this than others. According to a global study conducted by IBM, most business leaders are not confident that they have the skills to lead in times of such unprecedented change. When asked what skills would be most useful to them as leaders over the next five years, these business leaders said: CREATIVITY. Everyone is creative. It’s part of the human condition. But harnessing the creativity in everyone and putting it to work productively in a team will require new ways of working together and leading more effectively. With a blend of insight, humour, and practicality, Kristen will share the why and how of developing and applying creative leadership that energizes positive new value in everything it impacts.
